Client Advisor - Highland Park Village

As a Client Advisor at Highland Park Village, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized and premium client experience. Your mission will be to build long-term relationships with clients, turning them into ambassadors for the brand by providing exceptional service and expertise.

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
• Proactively bring in new clients and develop existing clientele.
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist clients with customer service needs.
• Maintain high standards of the brand and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including merchandising and inventory management.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Available to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
