Summary

The Client Advisor is a boutique sales professional responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while meeting individual sales targets. This temporary role focuses on cultivating and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, product expertise, and exceptional in-person and remote service.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio emphasizing retention and reactivation
• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
• Provide outstanding client service in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
• Support boutique operations including floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock organization, and inventory counts
• Locate merchandise across boutiques, process charge-send sales, and assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases
• Protect boutique assets by following security and operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods
• Strong drive for results with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient with phone systems, cash registers, computers, and other required equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs
