Summary

The Client Advisor cultivates relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, servicing clients in-store and digitally while leveraging technology and styling expertise. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, focusing on achieving sales and client conversion goals and representing jewelry product knowledge and trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and service
• Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for jewelry and related fashion
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling on commission and meeting sales goals
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Motivated self-starter with strong client service orientation
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
