Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets
- Deliver personalized, high quality customer service and cultivate long term client relationships
- Use CRM tools to collect and maintain customer data and an accurate client book
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Support visual presentation and maintain store image and housekeeping standards
- Organize sales floor and stockroom according to company policy
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
- Address client related issues including shipping and alterations
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
- Team oriented with adaptability to a dynamic fast paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Foreign language skills are a plus
