Summary

Part-Time Client Advisor for the Oak Brook boutique responsible for delivering personalized, high-end service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Act as a brand ambassador, build long-term client relationships, and use in-house clienteling tools to maintain and grow client engagement. Drive individual and team sales while continually developing brand and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge to advise clients across all categories.
• Advise and guide clients through the purchasing experience with personalized service.
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer-centric background.
• Commercial and sales-oriented mindset with a passion for building meaningful client relationships.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to operate in a fast-paced retail setting.
