Client Advisor - Mandarin Speaker

Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales professional who builds lasting client relationships and delivers exceptional in-store experiences. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and personalized service. The Client Advisor will use consultative sales skills and clienteling to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships and cultivate new clients to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver memorable, personalized service and execute the brand's client experience behaviors.
• Promote key product pillars and support in-store hospitality and selling ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven sales track record.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and provide high-touch service.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools and email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential, and proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin required/preferred).
