- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.
Requirements- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Polished appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
