Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the sales floor
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain presentation
