Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

Full-time retail Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand in the Miami Design District. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, drive sales through expert product knowledge and uphold store quality and image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets
• Use product knowledge and brand history during the selling ceremony to maximize sales
• Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database
• Build and expand a client book and maintain customer correspondence
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, repairs and client concerns
• Assist with visual merchandising and store housekeeping
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales and client service experience
• Experience preferably in luxury consumer goods
• Strong drive for business results and sales orientation
• Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills
• Fluency in English second language is a plus
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships
