The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury service by building lasting client relationships and representing brand values while achieving individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service using the Gucci selling ceremony and product knowledge
- Drive individual KPI performance and maintain accurate client records in CRM
- Maintain an active, neat, and organized client book and follow up on sales and client requests
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organized understock and stock room
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent luxury client experience
- Maintain store security standards to protect customers colleagues and merchandise
- Adhere to company policies procedures and Gucci image standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales build relationships and meet performance goals
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organization skills
- Attention to detail accuracy and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Team focused with ability to collaborate and adapt to different customers
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
