Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. This onsite role uses digital tools and omnichannel inventory to drive sales and serve as a trusted style confidante, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through personalized service and outreach
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Utilize digital tools, social media, and store technology to connect with clients
• Sell using omnichannel and fleetwide inventory
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Service clients both in-person and remotely using technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
• Comfortable using technology and wardrobing techniques
