Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role involves in-store and digital selling using technology to outreach, style, and convert clients while reporting to the Sales Manager and working onsite in the specified store.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement.
  • Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients in person and digitally.
  • Use digital tools social media and store technology to outreach and drive sales.
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs.
  • Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals.
  • Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology usage.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in fashion styling fashion retail and selling to clients using digital tools.
  • Commission sales experience with demonstrated sales motivation and goal orientation.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital selling platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite at the store location.
