Job Description

Summary

Provide elevated client service and relationship-based selling to in-store and remote clients using digital tools and styling expertise. Report to the Sales Manager and support omni-channel sales through personalized outreach and product knowledge. Maintain a customer-centric approach while achieving personal sales and conversion goals.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
  • Service clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
  • Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and digital selling tools
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
  • Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule
