Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, customer first service and supporting store operations during a high-volume seasonal period. The role focuses on driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and representing brand values while assisting customers with product knowledge and styling.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support achievement of sales plans by collaborating with the team and upholding brand policies.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation standards.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and support replenishment and floor sets.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment and champion company values.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment.
