Client Advisor - Northpark Center

As a Client Advisor at Northpark Center, Dallas, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Moncler Client Promise and representing the Brand's values. You will create exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering their needs, and guiding them across the brand, while achieving individual and store goals. Additionally, you will support the store team with Visual Merchandising or Training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with Moncler standards.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect Moncler Brand standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric individual thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion-forward with a passion for the Brand and the fashion/luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
