Performance-driven sales professional responsible for achieving boutique sales targets, delivering memorable in-store experiences, developing client relationships, and contributing to operational excellence in a new store opening at Oakridge Mall.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through selling techniques and collaboration
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling and outreach
- Deliver brand storytelling and product knowledge to clients in store and at events
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Manage omnichannel client interactions and leverage digital tools
- Perform visual merchandising and ensure attractive product presentation
- Contribute to daily retail operations including inventory, cash, security, and store opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and retail procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, technology, and sports
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Strong selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, upselling, and closing
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs
- Familiarity with digital tools and retail systems
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and a fast learner
