Client Advisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary

As a Client Advisor on Rodeo Drive, you will provide outstanding customer service, build long-lasting client relationships, and work to exceed individual and store sales goals. You will tailor each client’s experience, maintain client books using in-house CRM tools, and represent the brand through professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, category, and store sales targets and meet CRM requirements.
• Build and maintain client books, follow up on client inquiries, and manage customer correspondence.
• Use the POS system and customer database accurately; assist with repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Participate in stocking/restocking, regular store maintenance, and visual standards upkeep.
• Open and close the store as needed and participate in team meetings and training of new advisors.
• Adhere to loss prevention, health and safety, and store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma; strong digital literacy and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; foreign language skills a plus.
• Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
