Summary

Provide exceptional in-store fragrance and beauty service as the brand ambassador, building strong, long-lasting client relationships and delivering personalized experiences. Drive sales and client loyalty through product knowledge, services, and accurate data capture while meeting individual and team targets. Collaborate with the retail team to create seamless omni-channel experiences and maintain professional merchandising and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service through the brand service ritual and personalized consultations.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty by recruiting, retaining, and servicing clients through product and service offerings.
• Achieve sales targets using product knowledge, services, and data capture to support business growth.
• Attend trainings and implement learnings to elevate client experience and product demonstrations.
• Support omni-channel initiatives to ensure a seamless in-store to online client experience.
• Address and resolve client situations according to company standards and partner with appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic work area and follow visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and fragrance with strong product knowledge; artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Full-time in-store, front-of-house presence required to support client sales and service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs.
• Foreign language skills preferred; curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
