Client Advisor - Rosewood Miramar

Join the store team as a Client Advisor focused on delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences and building lasting client relationships. The role requires meeting sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments, and in-store engagement while maintaining high product knowledge and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques (cross-selling, upselling, multiple selling) to maximize transactions
• Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture strong client relationships
• Sustain high product knowledge through training resources and support store visual standards and basic opening/closing procedures
• Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful team environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional appearance
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and work required weekend and closing shift schedule, including holidays and inventory
• Ability to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of 5-8 lbs
