Client Advisor - Seattle

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional luxury customer service. Role focuses on building and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, and supporting store operations including shipping and inventory tasks. Requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays and strong product knowledge in luxury leather goods.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales units per transaction and transaction value
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email phone and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow up
• Manage shipping alterations and client related issues through resolution
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintain store image
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
• Business School University or equivalent education preferred
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and passion for luxury design
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and utilize software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
