Provide personalized beauty experiences by conducting makeup applications and skincare analyses while engaging customers to understand their needs and drive sales for luxury and ontrend beauty brands. Book appointments, support in-store beauty events and use digital tools to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals. Maintain a welcoming, organized department and stay current on beauty trends through training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals and trends
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Use text and social media for digital selling and customer follow up
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
