Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and KPI targets.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Use CRM tools to record customer information and drive personalized engagement.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom and contribute to store image upkeep.
- Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Contribute to visual presentation of products following brand standards.
- Promote store events via email phone and personalized notes and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage client book with regular contact and prompt follow up on sales and services.
- Address client issues including shipping and alterations.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and follow through.
- Team oriented with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
