Responsibilities
- Create and master the client journey to build long term relationships
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele and deliver couture level service
- Use CRM tools to execute personalized reach out campaigns and capture client data
- Style clients across brand categories and curate looks based on trends and client preferences
- Prepare for client appointments and manage merchandise for fittings
- Assist with sales after sales activities including returns repairs and complaints
- Maintain floor replenishment and coordinate with warehouse to restock
- Partner with team to uphold store presentation standards and visual guidelines
- Perform POS transactions and support operational tasks like shipping and receiving when needed
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs
- Strong customer relationship building and communication skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability
