Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
• Maintain cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up as needed
• Build customer relationships by promoting store programs and gift cards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching for items

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem solving ability
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capability for continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
