Summary
The Client Advisor Supervisor will support store leadership in daily retail operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and client relationship building. This role acts as a link between management and sales associates, assisting with merchandising, clienteling, and motivating the team to meet objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and handle merchandise check in and deposits.
- Supervise sales transactions ensuring quick and accurate processing and cash protection.
- Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer service.
- Engage in promoting and selling products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain a clientele book and build lasting customer relationships.
- Assist Store Manager with merchandising and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and a positive team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast paced environment, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and software including MS Office.
- Ability to operate independently with discretion and maintain high performance standards.
