Provide exceptional luxury retail service by building meaningful client relationships, exceeding sales goals, and delivering a personalized in-store experience while maintaining company standards and clienteling practices.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and requests.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Use POS system and inventory software accurately and maintain customer database.
- Participate in stocking, store maintenance, opening and closing duties, and team meetings.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
- Support visual merchandising standards and loss prevention procedures.
- Participate in training of new client advisors and maintain communication with management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready to work flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- High school diploma minimum.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Foreign language skills and ready to learn product knowledge.
