Summary
Deliver the luxury brand experience by building lasting client relationships, driving sales, and representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Work collaboratively with central and local teams to execute clienteling strategies and elevate in-store experiences through exceptional service and personalized appointments.
Responsibilities
- Embody the brand in every client interaction using a signature service approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Create elevated in-store experiences and memorable moments for clients.
- Convert prospects through curiosity, discovery, and personalized appointments.
- Drive business through key product pillars and identify ways to grow sales.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service and hospitality.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing industries such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
