Summary
Deliver the brand experience through exceptional client service, develop and deepen client relationships to drive sales and loyalty, and represent the brand as an ambassador in every interaction. Position requires flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays and proficiency with POS and client systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide memorable elevated in store experiences using the brand touch and personal style
- Develop client relationships through clienteling outreach and capture client data
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual store commercial targets
- Drive repeat business and lifetime client spend through personalized appointments
- Convert clients daily through curiosity discovery and product knowledge
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to improve service
- Promote key product pillars and grow business through targeted selling
Requirements
- Experience in retail luxury retail or client facing roles such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results
- Ability to connect with diverse clients and build relationships
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point of sale client tracking systems and email
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred
