Client Advisor - Topanga

Summary

Celine is seeking a Client Advisor to join its Topanga boutique in Canoga Park, focused on delivering luxury service and driving sales. The role centers on meeting individual and store sales targets while building and maintaining a client book and promoting store events. The Client Advisor also supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintaining the store image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
• Build, maintain, and expand a client book and capture customer information in the database.
• Promote store events and follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client issues.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and maintaining the store image.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience; candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a strong focus on sales and a passion for luxury products and design.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and strong customer-focused skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign languages a plus.
