Summary

Client Advisor based in Union Square, San Francisco responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized experiences to a diverse luxury clientele. Act as a brand ambassador by advising clients across product categories, tailoring interactions to client needs, and building long-term relationships. The role focuses on achieving individual and team sales goals while leveraging in-house clienteling tools to maintain and grow the client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, personalized service and create memorable client experiences on the sales floor
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and contribute to commercial performance
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories with expert product knowledge
• Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Continuously learn and master brand and product information to best serve clients

Requirements

• Customer-focused and curious with a passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional service
• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within a high-end or luxury market, or strong background in customer-centric roles
• Strategic sales and commercial mindset with a drive to meet targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a personal advisor to clients
• Willingness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a flair for forming meaningful relationships
