Client Advisor - Wailea

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences to build long-term relationships. You are responsible for driving sales through clienteling, converting appointments, and consistently meeting commercial targets. This retail position requires strong communication, a passion for the brand, and flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and elevated in-store appointments.
• Deliver memorable in-store moments using the Tiffany touch and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
• Leverage NPS and client feedback to enhance the client experience and drive outreach business.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-focused hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
