Summary
The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service, represents the brand and creates a personalized branded experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires product knowledge, passion for fashion and the ability to build lasting client relationships through CRM and regular follow up.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service following the brand selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM and a neat client book
- Provide style advice and product knowledge including brand history and heritage
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent client experiences
- Maintain store security standards and ensure customer and merchandise safety
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain neat stock and understock
- Adhere to brand image standards, policies and procedures
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales results and develop client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Team focused with collaborative mindset
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
