Responsibilities- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, address client concerns, and maintain customer correspondence to drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
- Use POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
- Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code.
- Perform store maintenance functions and participate in team meetings.
- Train new Client Advisors and adhere to loss prevention standards.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience and foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
