Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional client experiences at the Toronto Premium Outlet location. Role includes clienteling, styling guidance, product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Must maintain a polished sales floor and deliver strong customer service while meeting commercial KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
- Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships and capture client data
- Initiate client follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek feedback and development to improve performance
- Adhere to company policies and store procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Basic computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and empathy
- Creative and collaborative mindset open to new ideas
