Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate positions provide customer service and operational support across store functions including concierge reception, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room roles during the holiday season. Associates contribute to delivering exceptional luxury shopping experiences and support store teams through busy periods with on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Perform cashier duties using point of sale technology and process payments
• Provide concierge and reception support, manage inquiries and requests
• Wrap customer purchases to brand giftwrapping standards
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and return stock to appropriate areas
• Assist sales staff with locating additional sizes and customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email within 24 hours

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to stand and move about the store
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Availability through the holiday season through late December
• Ability to operate store point of sale technology with training provided
