Client Specialist - Womens Ready To Wear - Willowbrook

Summary

As a Client Specialist in Women's Ready to Wear at our Willowbrook store, you will deliver personalized styling and sales support to customers while driving merchandising and clienteling initiatives. You will collaborate with the store team to maintain a curated sales floor presentation and help achieve store sales goals. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong customer service, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and clienteling activities.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure merchandise is well presented, and assist with replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and assist with basic stock and inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or fashion sales experience preferred, ideally in women's ready-to-wear.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong interest in fashion and styling.
