Summary

Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving menswear sales on the sales floor at the Aventura location. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and meeting individual sales targets through commission-based performance. The associate collaborates with the store team to maintain merchandising standards and support a high-end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are organized and well-stocked.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and appointment scheduling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience, preferably in menswear or a department store environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock replenishment.
