Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized styling and product recommendations to menswear customers.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and commission goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a client book and execute outreach to drive repeat business.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, visual standards, and store floor readiness.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges according to store procedures.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience, preferably in menswear, luxury, or department store environments.
• Strong communication, styling, and closing skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and handling merchandise; ability to lift moderate weight.
