Commission Sales Associate responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and driving sales within the men's department at the Century City location. Role focuses on building client relationships, presenting merchandise, and achieving individual sales targets while maintaining a polished, professional floor presence. The associate will work collaboratively with the store team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to customers, proactively engaging and advising on product selection for menswear.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual commission goals through clienteling and follow-up.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns per store policy.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure merchandise is well presented and stocked.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and team meetings to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or department store environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks related to merchandising.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
