Part-time Commission Sales Associate role focused on men's apparel and accessories in the Century City store. Responsibilities

• Engage and assist customers on the sales floor with product knowledge and styling advice for men's merchandise.
• Drive sales and achieve individual commission goals through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a client book, conduct outreach, and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure product presentation, and support merchandising efforts.
• Process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and coordinate with store operations as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience, preferably in men's apparel or specialty retail.
• Strong product knowledge of menswear and the ability to advise on fit, styling, and trends.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working in a commission-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday periods; ability to stand for extended periods.
