Provide exceptional, client-focused sales service in the men's department at a busy retail store in Chevy Chase. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointments, and outreach to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and commission targets through proactive selling.
• Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash and POS procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards, ensure product presentation, and assist with inventory on the sales floor.

Requirements
