Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify needs and drive sales.

• Process transactions, manage returns, and maintain accurate pricing and inventory on the sales floor.
• Maintain visual presentation and assist with merchandising and replenishment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably with men's apparel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and working on commission.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and styling skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; high school diploma or equivalent.
