Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers in the men's shoe department.
• Drive sales and meet individual commission goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Process transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels for the department.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and appointment setting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or men's apparel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work on commission.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift and move store merchandise as needed.
