Responsibilities

• Engage and assist customers with styling and product recommendations to maximize sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store commission goals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and accurate inventory on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, returns, and basic point of sale tasks accurately.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or associate experience, preferably in womens ready to wear.
• Strong customer service, styling, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work on commission and meet performance targets.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience and ability to stand for extended periods.
