Summary

Provide attentive, personalized sales service on the womens ready to wear floor, driving sales and building long term client relationships in a high end department store environment. Work on a commission basis to meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining the presentation and merchandising standards of the Century City store. This part time role requires strong product knowledge, a polished customer experience, and flexibility to work peak retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, client-focused service to every customer and build a loyal client base.
• Acknowledge customers, offer styling guidance, and recommend complementary items to maximize sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and participate in commission-driven initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure merchandise presentation is tidy and well stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns according to store policy.
• Communicate inventory needs and customer requests to management and the buying team.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in womens ready to wear or similar fashion categories.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
• Availability to work a flexible, part time schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light merchandising and stock tasks.
