Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized styling and sales service to customers to meet individual and store sales goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and product knowledge.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate sales records and receipts.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and visual presentation of the women's ready-to-wear floor.
• Maintain store standards, assist with inventory counts, and follow loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or styling experience, preferably in women's apparel or department store environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort working in a commission-based role and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed.
