Summary
The Community Engagement Manager for the Fifth Avenue flagship is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and converting High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and curated experiences to drive client acquisition and sales. This role acts as a brand ambassador, develops local strategies and exclusive activations, and collaborates cross-functionally with Store Leadership and Client Relations to expand Moncler’s presence in New York’s luxury ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and build a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, private clubs, concierge networks, wealth management firms, cultural institutions, and other influencers to drive client acquisition.
- Create and execute exclusive experiences, private shopping events, and activations to generate qualified client opportunities and sales.
- Work closely with Store Leadership, Client Relations & Development, and regional teams to convert prospects, onboard new clients, and support long-term retention strategies.
- Represent the brand at social, cultural, fashion, philanthropic, and luxury events to expand Moncler’s network and visibility.
- Track and report on client acquisition activity, partnership effectiveness, event performance, and business generation metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, business development, client acquisition, partnerships, hospitality, wealth management, luxury real estate, or a related field.
- Proven success developing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and generating business through networking and partnerships.
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, commercial acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CRM and clienteling tools, and the ability to produce executive-ready reporting.
- Professional discretion, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to travel up to 20%.
