Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Louis Vuitton North America, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and LVMH Shared Services to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while providing exceptional support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.

• Review and audit bi-weekly payroll pre-checks to ensure accuracy in new hire information, pay increases, and other payroll-related data.
• Collaborate with the LVMH Payroll team to process bi-weekly payroll for assigned regions.
• Manage exceptions, transfers, and adjustments through the time and attendance system.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and mentor management on appropriate actions.
• Administer benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Partner with third-party vendors on employee relocations and handle complex benefit issues.
• Coordinate Human Resources policies related to administration, benefits, and payroll.
• Support employees in using timekeeping, onboarding, and self-service systems.
• Provide recommendations for HRIS development projects and support ad hoc projects related to payroll and benefits.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in HRIS or Payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
