Responsibilities- Facilitate implementation and execution of key HR programs and processes, including on-boarding, performance management, and compensation.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and collaborate with business leaders and legal counsel.
- Act as the initial point of contact for employee groups and manage special projects.
- Collaborate with specialized HR functions to maximize the impact of HR initiatives.
- Manage performance improvement plans and involuntary terminations.
- Support administrative tasks such as file maintenance and HRIS updates.
- Explain company policies and procedures to employees.
- Support talent management and development by analyzing needs and assisting with action planning.
- Drive succession pipeline implementation and measure progression.
- Support internal programs focused on workforce retention and engagement.
- Assist with recognition program coordination and participate in internal resource groups.
- Collect and analyze employee data to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies.
- Review and recommend process improvements based on data insights.
Requirements- 2-3 years of related experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Retail experience preferred; experience in luxury/fashion business a plus.
- Familiarity with HR processes, systems, tools, and programs.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
- Planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
