Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Perform product demonstrations and sample applications to showcase benefits and usage.
• Drive sales by meeting individual and team targets and promoting product promotions.
• Maintain merchandising, replenishment, and boutique presentation to brand standards.
• Operate point-of-sale, process transactions, and assist with returns and exchanges.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience, preferably 1+ years.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
